#505 Castle Reef is a lovely two bedroom, 2 full bath condominium. It is located in a complex which is directly on the ocean. It has a large pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard courts, lighted tennis court, enclosed club room and a gazebo. It is just minutes away from many golf courses and excellent fishing. It is near Disney World, EPCOT, Sea World and Cypress Gardens.
The air-conditioned apartment is beautifully decorated in shades of blue and earth tones. It has a gorgeous ocean view directly across one of the most beautiful courtyard and patio areas in New Smyrna Beach.
Equipped with computer access, DVD and VCR player, two cable televisions (one is 27"), ceiling fans, icemaker/refrigerator and microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, crock pot, juicer, blender, mixer, electric can opener, dishes and cookware.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has twin beds. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area so that six can sleep comfortably. All linens are furnished. The view of the beach and ocean is beautiful from both bedrooms and the balcony. The apartment offers a special retreat for a wonderful vacation. Washers, dryers and trash chute are located on each floor.
WEEKLY RATE (Except March and Off Season) - $675.00
MONTHLY RATE: $2,000.00
MARCH RATE: $850.00 per week $2,000.00 monthly
OFF SEASON RATES (May and September - December) $575.00 per week $1,650.00 monthly
A $150.00 security/reservation deposit will be acceptable to hold your reservation. The deposit will be refunded after departure and final inspection. There is a $65.00 departure clean-up fee and a 12.5% sales and resort tax which must be collected on rentals in Volusia County, FL.
Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m.
