The only thing missing from this beach house is you! It's fully
equipped, and is situated right near the ocean. Just walk out the
back yard, around three houses, and there is the water!
If you want a nice place to enjoy your morning coffee, you'll
enjoy the rear porch/deck with a view of the ocean.
This home is conveniently located near a grocery store, restaurants
(if you don't feel like cooking), and an ice cream parlor-all
less than two blocks away!
If you don't like ocean spray on the car, you'll be happy
to know that the house has a single car garage.
And if you don't like a lot of rules, the two main rules that
we have are: Rule 1: Make yourself at home, and Rule : See rule 1!
