We have two brand new central AC units---a must for any beach property as some rentals have a musty smell from old air handlers. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, new stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, toaster-oven, cookware, silverware, glasses and all the dishes & serving pieces you would ever need. We enjoy staying at our beach house and entertaining guests. Satellite TV, CD player, TV with video player, & weather radio. High quality beach towels and linens and a new dryer and washing machine. Beach chairs and an umbrella, boogie boards, a skimboard, & everything you need for the beach. Bar-b-q grill & table & chairs to dine outside on the deck overlooking the ocean. Our property is 50 feet from a new City maintained wooden beach access walkway. We have an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, sweeper, and everything you might need to keep the house clean during your stay. DSL internet capability.

This is a non-smoking property, limit 6 guests to the home, well behaved children welcome.
