The Dunlawton Sugar Mill Botanical Gardens is located in the City of Port Orange north of New Smyrna Beach and can be access either from US Highway #1 or Nova Road to Herbert Street. Signs will direct you to the Gardens.

You will find enjoyment by working in the garden, peace by strolling through the trails, knowledge by reading labels and signs; and insight into conditions faced by pioneers in the Florida hammock area being kept clear of invasive exotic growth. There is a butterfly garden, xeriscapte garden, hanging vines, replicas of dinosaurs, a human sundial and much more.

Visit these botanical gardens deloped and maintained by the Botanical Gardens of Volusia, a non-profit organization with no salaried employees.
