Where: Canal Street, in New Smyrna Beach, gathering in the north-west corner parking lot off Orange Avenue, where the store A Lotta Scents used to be located.

When: Saturday, February 6, 2010. Registration starts at 1pm, with staging at 1:45. The parade will begin at 2, sign in table will be on-site.
