Weekend of Italian cooking classes by Simple & Fresh Cooking School. Students prepare all meals with "hands on" instruction by school staff including 3 instructors direct from Italy.

Special techniques used in making Old World Risotto: hand made Gnocchi; Authentic Tiramisu; Florentine Steak and a special interpretation of Veal Milanese with greens.

Wine Tasting with exciting, high quality wines. Enjoy live jazz music while you prepare and are served antipasto items to compliment the wine.

Breakfast will be served Saturday and Sunday. All other meals will be prepared by the students.

Rooms at the Atlantic Center for the Arts, New Smyrna Beach. The ACA is nestled on 67 acres of pristine Florida wooded landscape and on the shores of an estuary.

Class Schedule:

Friday Night - 6 different Antipasti items, Italian wine tasting with antipasto;

Saturday Night - "Peasant lunch" and "Tuscan dinner";

Sunday - "Traditional Italian Dinner"

Weekend rate - $399.00 (based on double occupancy), which includes a room at the ACA, all meals, Italian cooking classes, wine tasting, jazz music and beach time.
